EMUI stands for Emotion User Interface which is based on Google's Android platform. It is customized user interface by Huawei. EMUI is such a lovely user interface having so many awesome features.
Here we're introducing some of the cool features of EMUI which will be sufficient to describe why EMUI is getting popularity with every update... :D
*Magazine Lock Screen: EMUI has released magazine lock screen support which is quite different from other devices. It has feature to provide new wallpaper every time when we are going to unlock the screen. So it changes the wallpaper itself and this is why lock screen looks so cool. We can also set our wallpapers with the magazine lock screen, up to 500.
We also get some hidden shortcuts with the magazine lock screen. We can access then easily just by swiping up from the bottom. This makes some tasks easy to access or you can say quick access.
*Launcher: It consists of same launcher look wise like other chinese devices. I mean to say that it also keeps all the shortcuts in the home pages. There isn't given any app drawer but we can create folders for keeping these shortcuts category wise.
Except it, there are so many inbuilt animations for the pages and we also get an option to select grid quantity.
*Hide Apps: We can hide our selected apps with the stock launcher itself. We get an extra hidden drawer tab to keep our apps private.
*Themes: It's one of the best feature of EMUI. We can customize or change it's user interface with the themes easily. And theming in EMUI is very cool. We can customize lock screen, settings, notification panel, quick shortcuts and so many third party apps too. It really awesome feature.
*ScreenShot: We can directly take screenshots via quick shortcuts and we also get options to quick edit or share buttons for those taken screenshots.
*Scrolling ScreenShot: Yes trending so quickly...We get this option in EMUI. It's helpful for long screenshot. You don't need to take so many shortcuts again and again if there is a long document or something.
*Screen Record: Yes we get screen recording feature by default in our EMUI devices which makes the task easier to describe or guide any other person for any feature.
*Floating Dock: This is also rare feature. We get on screen floating buttons to control the functions of hardware buttons. It's helpful for night or dark uses.
*Shifting Keyboard: It helps people to type with one hand easily. It shifts the keyboard in one side so you can easily access all the keyboard buttons easily.
*Data Traffic Management: We have an access to allow or restrict to use data or wifi for any app separately. So it can save a lot of data and it's beneficial specially for mobile data users. It can also stops third party apps to showing ads on the screen.
*Home Screen Style: Indirectly we can say that we have two launchers installed by factory. We can change the launcher into tiles interface too.
*Font Style: We can change the font style in our EMUI devices without root and it makes the display very cool and attractive. We also get an option for colour temperature in the display.
*Motion Control: Motion control consists so many cool options such as double tap to unlock, draw gestures to open apps and flip to mute incoming calls and alarms etc.
*Dual Window: This option let the the users use two different apps together in a single screen half by half. So it makes the multitasking easier.
Rather than these features, we have a lot of different types of features which makes tasks easier and attractive to perform. Once should surely try EMUI once. :)
