Files Dropbox Edition

It's only for EMUI users if they are looking to update the stock file manager application. :D

It's special edition of stock files application. This update will provide you to use "Dropbox" cloud server to upload/share Your data directly from the files application. You don't need to install the dropbox application to use this feature. 

If you update the stock file application using Huawei app store or any other source then you will get the Huawei cloud server and you have to use Huawei I'd to login into the app to use cloud feature. The problem is that you can't easily create a Huawei I'd and there are lots of Huawei forum so you have to keep information of all those Huawei id's and have to use the correct I'd in correct Huawei login source.

Personally I have also too many Huawei id's because of different Huawei sites or forum and they all mess up together and I have to reset my password again and again. EMUI Browser

Hey,

Are you missing stock browser of EMUI after upgrading to the Marshmallow!!!

Screen Lock: Tap to Lock

It makes the task of the screen lock bit easier. We can directly lock our device from the shortcuts available in the launcher. We don't need to use our power lock button to lock the device so your power button may also work for the longer time. :D

We all know that "Screen Lock" shortcut is available in EMUI 3.0/3.1 which is so useful but Huawei/Honor removed this cool feature from the EMUI 4.0. So most of the people are missing this cool feature. That's why I'm sharing this app to get thAt cool feature back to our device.

Here I'm sharing two apps which are quite easy to use. One of them work with all the Android devices without any issue whereas second one is just for EMUI users because it's ported from another EMUI firmware so it may not work with non EMUI devices. 

Let's check out the settings available in it:

*Direct Notification Lock: You can turn on the option "enable shortcut in notification area" so you will get the option to lock the device directly from the notification panel.

*Floating Button: You can enable floating button of lock screen and then you can lock your device anytime just by taping on that floating button. You can customize the floating button size and also it supports drag anywhere on the screen.

*Delay Device Locking: You can enable delay in device lock or also can set different types of animations before locking the device.

*Sound: There is an option to select different sounds for the lock screen notification.

*Vibration: You can select between vibration on or off as a feedback.

Huawei App Center / Huawei ID

Hi guys,

I have seen so many people looking to find updates of preinstalled EMUI apps such as file, music or backup etc...but it's not so easy to find if updates are available or not!

So I decided to share an easy way, check out it:

Here I'm sharing another EMUI app "Huawei app store" which is not easy to get searching on Google etc. This app informs you for the updates about installed apps in your Huawei/Honor device.

This app is in mostly in Chinese language and it's the issue with the app because it's ported from another Chinese firmware.

Here, it shows the available updates for installed apps.

Hi friends,

Today I'm going to share another great EMUI app which will help you accessing  some kinds of shortcuts in easy way.

It's an app from Huawei named "Smart E" which is available in some high end Huawei smartphones by default. But we guys don't get such kinds of features in budget smartphones. So by installing this small app, you can access such features of high end smartphones in your budget phones too.

Let's discuss in brief :D

Here, you can see that you get an extra on screen button with the help of this app and you can set many shortcuts with swipe up, swipe down, double touch etc other options with this small on screen button.

I'll recommend you to use "double tap" for the screen lock so it will be easy to lock the phone from any screen easily using double tap on the button provided by Smart E. It will be helpful for your hardware button to work longer. ;)

You can also customize that on screen button in three different icons style :D

This app is helpful for some honor phones so much in night or dark room to perform back, home or menu options easily when there is no light with the hardware buttons.
