This button is similar to floating button or Smart E features of EMUI. But it has some extra features. :D
The main advantage of this app is that it works with all the versions of EMUI. Smart E isn't compatible with the kitkat/EMUI 3.0 and this is why so many users were requesting to provide support for kitkat or EMUI 3.0.
